Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship from our Oregon warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at our standard rate, calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding international shipping — sign up for our email list to be the first to know when we launch in your country.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, or reach out to us at contact@rogueendeavor.com.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at contact@rogueendeavor.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right. Damaged-on-arrival items are replaced at no cost to you.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on U.S. orders. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To start a return, log in to your account at rogueendeavor.com or email contact@rogueendeavor.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you bought from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.

What is your warranty?

Every Rogue Endeavor product is backed by our Water-Tight Guarantee. We stand behind the quality and durability of every piece we make. If something fails due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue — even outside the 30-day return window — contact us at contact@rogueendeavor.com and we'll work with you to make it right.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. Initiate an exchange the same way as a return — through your account or by emailing us. We'll get the new item out to you as soon as we receive the return.

What if my product was a gift?

We can process exchanges or store credit for gift recipients. Contact us at contact@rogueendeavor.com with the order number (the gift-giver should have an order confirmation email) and we'll take care of it.

Product Compatibility

Are your lanyards compatible with Hobie Mirage Drives?

Yes. Our Heavy Duty Gear Lanyard was specifically engineered to attach to Hobie Mirage Drive units, with the right clip geometry and steel-core wire to handle the load. It's the most popular lanyard solution in the Hobie kayak fishing community.

Will your gear work with my non-Hobie kayak?

Most of our gear is designed to work universally — stringers, gaff hooks, lanyards, and leashes attach to any standard scupper hole, D-ring, or crate eyelet. If you have a specific kayak or attachment point in mind, email us a photo at contact@rogueendeavor.com and we'll confirm fit before you buy.

What's the difference between the Heavy Duty and Ultra Duty Fish Stringers?

The Heavy Duty Stringer is our original kayak fishing stringer, rated to 50+ lbs and designed for everyday catches. The Ultra Duty has a square handle, mirror-polished stainless clip, and is rated to 75+ lbs — built for big-game species like halibut, lingcod, and king salmon.

Are your products saltwater-safe?

Yes. Every Rogue Endeavor product is built with marine-grade materials: 304 stainless steel hardware, TPU-coated steel-core wires, and corrosion-resistant components throughout. We design specifically for daily salt exposure.

Do your collapsible buckets fit standard kayak crates?

Yes. The 3-Gallon Collapsible Bucket is sized to fit standard kayak fishing crates (Plano, YakAttack, etc.). The 5-Gallon Bucket with Sealed Lid is larger and best suited for boat decks, charters, or beach use.
