Yes. The carabiner is sized for Marseille belts and virtually all standard spearfishing weight belts.

Why 33" lanyard length?
Long enough to keep a thrashing fish at arm's length away from your body, short enough to manage cleanly in current. Tested length, not arbitrary.

Can I use it for larger pelagics?
Yes — the 7.5" stainless spike and steel-core wire handle most pelagic species. For very large game, run two stringers in series.

How do I keep the catch close to my body?
